Hi, Depending on when you read this email, it's either the 10th or 11th of January - also known as Quitter's Day. Apparently, this is the day most people give up on their resolutions. Just ten days into the year! Wild, right? It's easy to start strong, and as I know from experience, it's also just as easy to lose steam.
