I just dropped the first batch of The Mindful Muse Letters (my snail mail club) in the mailbox! Here's a peek at what went out this month:

This snail mail club is different than others, which largely focus on personal letters (think pen pals) or promoting their own art, stickers, or goods. The goal of The Mindful Muse is to simply inspire your creativity. It urges you to invest in that side of yourself, in whatever ways it might manifest in your life.

Creativity is one of the clearest pathways to fulfillment. It's rooted in joy and play, a beautiful way to break free of perfectionism and self-judgment, and something I'm so passionate about encouraging others to embrace and explore.
